I dont keep goldies, I only remember them from my childhood nightmares in tiny bowls... after seeing them in such wonderful, large tank set ups (I especially like the planted tanks) I want some- They are so lovely!!!

They're so cute, Lupe. They look like little "goldiepuffers." I have never kept pearlscales. Hope this thread stays active. I love looking at other goldfish enthusiasts' set ups and livestock.

Hehe...Thanks, Somervell. I upsetted Puff last night by switching on the lights. Bubbles was unfazed though but I decided anyway not to watch them for the night with grumpy Puff.

Kris, I thought I did! But when the LFS employee showed me the backroom for some goldies when I insisted to see other goldfish, not just ryukins and demekins, my jaw dropped when I saw a tank containing about 30 pingpongs so I couldn't resist getting two.

As for bubble eyes, I'll maintain I am not keeping even one. Well, I might just change my mind if I feel I am ready.

Bought this one. Sex is not known yet but I sure wish I knew so I can give it a proper name. There are three more beauties but no specific pics yet.
