The best place to pick up shrimp IMO is http://www.aquabid.com. Amanos are getting pretty cheap these days (well, relatively). Just find a seller with very good feedback and bid away!
bought cherry shrimp from azgardens about 6 weeks ago, minimal shipping (I was actually surprised by how low it was), very quick delivery, quality product. Maybe I'm the only one...

Your LFS can get Amanos and Cherrys in as well, just they don't always buy them going by those names. Names like "Algea eating shrimp" for amanos and "red algea eating shrimp" for cherrys are common on LFS pricelists that they buy from.
