i just turned on my fish tank light and i find what used to be a bright red bammboo shrimp all greenish clear color, i thought it was dead at first, then thought it was a shedded exoskelaton! what do i do?

Its normal. The change colors once in awhile.
Ive seen blue ones, green ones, yellow ones, and the normal reds...all from one shrimp.

Late posting but I thought I'd toss my $0.02 in.
When they fed & content they will get red with a white stripe. Brownish is the typical color when you first bring them in. What are you feeding them?

Mine change color from time to time hence the name "flower shrimp". As Addict said when they are red they are happy.
