if you did mean celcius, then that is still pretty warm, and tropical fish could survive.
that converts to about 48-52 degrees F. I don't think any tropical fish would survive in there for long....

yes i know that, but still, some fish like livebearers, killies, goldfish etc. are hardy, and reproduce prolifically, or they can scatter their eggs and the eggs wont hatch until later in the year.

Please bare in mind that the temperatures will be dropping to zero and sometimes below between november and march.

dude, JM is right. you need to get rid of most of your fish. and realwasing a fish into the wild is almost like condeming them to death, either that of if enough people are dumb enough, condeming the native fish to death. just return the plecos and the balas and the synos to the LFS the first chance you get. the cories are fine, and the angels will be OK in there for a litte while, a year at most. return them or get a bigger tank when they get to about 11-12 cms long.

i am actually looking for one at the moment, hoping to get a decent size one. Ebay must come through for me!!!!

That isn't an upside down catfish if his is 9 inches. Probably a feather fin syno.

May not be exactly what you have, but most likely candidate in my opinion.

Whatever you have isn't a true upside down cat, so if you got a syno for upside down cat price, congrats.
