what to do with too many CRS?

it seems that I constantly have new shrimp now. the tank is reaching maximum density! most with eye markings, some with do not enters... lots of white!

also of note: I've stopped using the lights at all, except for occasional viewing when I'm home and not asleep! the daylight from the room, and the aerogarden lights about 4 feet away are all the sag need.
