I have a Black Ruby barb with a possable swim bladder problem. I have her in a q tank. also her scales look kinda milky. Any solutions or what I should do?

swim bladder problems are uncurable. I would just let her go. But give her a go time befor she dies. Thry to cure the fungus. Well I think it is one
