I have 2 sick Clown Loaches. One has Ich and the other one has a swollen belly. I'm currently treating the Ich using the heat method. Tank temp is set at 86 and has been this way for about a week now. I'm not sure what to do with the swollen belly... Anyone ever have this problem and know how to fix it?

Are you using salt or another med to treat the ich? Heat alone is not a sufficient tx IMO, it speeds the ich lifecycle but doesn't reliably kill the protazoa.
The bloating could be from bacteria or parasites, or something else, it's hard to say.
How long have you had the fish, tank size & maintenance, water parameters?

If you're using salt, please try to dissolve it thoroughly and add slowly. Any pics of the bloated one?
