Sick Fish - Torn fins - flaky scales - ICH?

I noticed one of my SRT Kimpunas' had torn pectoral fins and some white flaky looking scales. Today both have the flaky scales.

I'll doing a 50% water change. Any med suggestions???

nitrate 50ppm, ph 8.2, NO2 0, CI2 0, ammonia 0.

noticed today a different fish with small white spots smaller than a pen tip.

the white spots may be itch. The recomended treatment for that is salt and heat for 1-2weeks
