Sick flower horn

I have a young flower horn, he is around 4 inches long and has always had a huge hunger and has been very active. Just recently he became very shy and is hiding all over the place, on top of this he is not eating and hes feces comes out very slowly and is white... if anyone knows anything please let me know. for now I added some salt and turned up the temp, but other than that I really dont know what to do. thank you guys in advance

Has any parameters of the tank changed Like ph and such?
Any new tankmates.
Is he getting skinney or anything else odd?

I had put in a small african to serve as a dither fish, but he only lasted about day and was killed.

He did look a little better this morning, he came forward and ate a few pellets, so hopefully it is passing.

well dont worry bout it guys, he is better... I still do not know what the problem was, I am assuming he was just having problems passing something. He is eating today and acting more like himself!
