I just noticed my one of my Three Spot Gouarmi looked kind of pale upon further examination, he seemed like his body is twisted when he swims, he also looks skinner compared to the other Three-spot, and has a lump where his tail below his lateral line but before his tail fin. He has been more than usual lately. Is there anything I can do for him?

sounds like emaciation or tuberculosis.
was he suddenly thin and his back twisted? or did it happen over time?
if it was sudden, like over night or over two days, it could be TB.
if it happpend over time, it could be the wasting disease, which emaciates the fish, and when fish are emaciated, their back tends to bend.
 
Ok I got really freaked when TB was a posible diagnosis, so I did some research and his symptoms don't match that of TB *Phew* his spine is not twisted its more like where the tumor is it contorted (lack of a better word) his fins aren't frayed nor are they clamped and he doesn't have pop eye.

If by chance it was TB how contagiuos is it to people?

Would it be better to euthanize him, than let him suffer?
 
Well another day has gone by and I have kept close attention to my tank today and was able to get a few pictures of my gourami, and now its starting to show signs of TB
His spine is starting to get some curvature to it, as well as an ulcer developing next to one of his spots. Is there any treatments I can try?

Typing this from a book.

Cause of TB: Poor filtration or overcrowding.

Treatment: No known effective treatment - avoid contact! Can be contagious to humans (use plastic gloves). Says in this book any fish showing signs of TB should be euthanized immediately. Do not leave TB infected fish in main aquarium.
 
I'm not sure that fish looks all that sick. I think he's fine or soon will be. Fins erect, good color, etc.

But now I'm scared that I might catch TB from these new fish I just bought that have been dying!
