Sick guppy - Need disease ID

Does anyone know what this is?

She's been "hospitalized", but I'd like to know what this is so that I can use the right meds.

did her behavior differ? looks to me like an odd form of coloration. u sure it's a disease?

her behavior was normal, but her color was not like this before...

aww thats really sad. i wish i could help you but i can't. it looks like its bleeding internally or it has an infection, cuz something similar happened to one of my guppies except it wasn't all over, it was between her gravid spot and her spine and that was it and then she died because i didnt know how to fix it
