Sick Molly

I just bought a male balloon molly. At first he was swimming around eating some flakes then about 30 minutes later he sat at the bottom of the tank and has not moved since(except when other fish come by him) He is moving his fins and gills are moving. Ammonia 0 Nitrites 0 nitrate 0 No other fish are sick. Is there anything wrong?

i lost 4 mollies to the same thing. i still don't know what it was...sorry i can't be more help.

Well the molly survived the night and is now swimming around the tank.However he has a white bump above both his eyes. Is this normal or is it ich? The only spots are on his eyes.

can you take a picture?

are the bumps about the size of a grain of salt? if so, its 97% likely to be ich
if they are big, or hary and fluffy- who knows?

they are bigger than salt they look like a kind of fungus or mold.

its probly caused from stress (and the fact that they are inbred mutant fish!)
if it keeps eating, then it has a good chance of surviveing

- also i might not hurt to figure out what temp the petsore keeps their tanks at, and then adjusting yours likewise
