Sick Pleco Getting Worse??!?

I have a 4IN or so PJ Pleco, he seems to keep hurting himself on the 2 rocks I have keeping the driftwood sunk. Part of the wood is finally sinking, I'm very excited about that! But not fast enough, parts of the rocks stick out, I will try to cover them with sand if I can. Until then, I need help getting my Pleco better. He is back to swimming and sticking to the front of the glass, so he is felling better! But it looks worse...

Btw, that is that white little 'wennie' looking thing on him?
I cleaned the glass after I took the pics, lol, sorry!

He looks beat, you should do a partial water change and use Maracyn 1 in conjunction with Maracyn 2 to combat this illness.

Expensive drugs I don't have, anything else?
I'm guessing he is hurting himself on the rocks, so today I will try to cover them up totally. Hopefully no new stuff shows up.
