Sick Royal Gramma - need help

i do agree with the use of UV to remove a water bourne paracite, but i would only use it when it is needed so it does not constantly remove the good bacteria from the water column...

As 5XEVY says above, this is a contrversial subject that will be around for a long time yet...

i only use mine when ther is an outbreak of parasites or diatoms. otherwise its off and there has been none of either so its just one less plug upping the bill. they work great in my opinion though.
 
I got home the day of the post and it was dead. I had to take the rock structure apart to get to him. I guess I made too many little caves to hide in.
