Sick Snail

I had a snail that was getting picked on in a 20g tank, so I moved him to my 29g. Since I've done this, he has crawled up near the surface level, and two white, sac like structures are hanging out. He is still maintaining suction, but from what I had read here previously these fellows tend to let the lungs hang out when they get too stressed. I'm worried about the little fella.

Okay, he's still alive and crawling around, but he jettisoned the white sacks onto the bottom of my tank. Any idea what's going on?

could just be gunk he had under his shell or poop. if i feed a flake food high in red color my snails have a red colored poop strange but true.

Would reply, if he hadn't already moved to another area. Another snail has since repeated his behavior. Infertile eggs, maybe?
