will silicone stick on wet driftwood?
what would be a good glue to use tro stick some plastic on a wet driftwood?
that is also safe for fishes?

Try marine epoxy. Silicone is unlikely to adhere.

OOPS! I forgot that you are not USA. Here we have two or more brands which are fairly easy to find, I use 2 Little Fishies and have never had any toxicity in FW, BW, or SW. But I don't know the availability for you. Reefers use it routinely for coral fragments, and stores catering to reefers usually have the epoxies.

thanks:) marine epoxy are also easy to find here:)
how long does it take to dry?

because my anubias are already stuck to the wood.
i would like to add something that'll hold gravel near the anubias roots. so my anubias is on the wood... and it'll also have gravel:)

Faster than silicone by a wide margin - seconds to a few minutes for good set, even wet. I am unsure of maximum strength development time, as I rarely use it for things requiring strong bonds. With any luck, the package will specify both set and max. strength timing.

thanks:) ... bought a epoxy clay which can also work under water... but used in on our pipes 1st...hahaha:)
am really excited about my driftwood and anubias:)
