silver angels

So i was at my lfs today and they had these one angels that looked like they had silver plateing on the sides. They were absolutely gorgeous angels, but i've never seen that kind of shimmer in an anglel, just in bala sharks and tin foil barbs, and the like.

What kind of angels were these?
Is this a new thing with angels?

Sorry i didnt take my camera with me. Hope somebody has seen these before.

I think you may be talking about the pearlscale angelfish. They were thought to be a new angelfish variety due to a new mutation or something. I think they're neat looking, too.

awesome, that is exactly what i was talking about. Id never seen then before. My sister bought some of the fry the store was selling, so hopefully they grow up to be as beautiful as the parents

yup, sounds like pearlscale.

the pearl scale will become more pronounced if they are pearlscale
