Could be intestinal parasites if it does appear stringy. Praziquantel would be a good med here.

Well, I don't think he can last now. This morning he look pretty weak and lost balance.

Is it possible for you to remove him to a QT tank???

I already put the fish into a net cage hanging on top of the tank. So other fish can't get close to him yesterday.

p.s since the water is good and last time I move a fist to a hosiptal tank it even worst. I don't move them away now, uless the water is the problem.

I am more concerned with all of the meds and the other fish. Dosing meds takes a lot of out of them...no need to stress fish that arent in need of treatment...jmo
