I have them listed at $7 each or $10 for 2.

That makes no sense at all. Do you think that stops people from buying fish at PetSmart?

1. Not all PetSmarts are bad.
2. People don't buy the "expensive" fish ($5+ per fish - not my words) or large fish there if they don't know what they're doing. Small Plecos, small, knifes, etc... yes, and they grow.

the implication was not (and i dont see how it could have been construed that way) that petsmart is bad. absolutely not.

the comparison is that you think that charging money is going to stop people who cannot properly care for them from buying them, when it doesnt stop them from going to ANY fish store and paying money for them there.
