Silver dollars

I have a 55 gallon tank where my Silver Dollars are most certainly my show fish of choice. I started with a pair that have grown to about 3-4 inches, and recently added four more... They get along with everything in my tank -- platys, dwarf gouramis, danios. (Of course none of those fish are aggressive in the least, but then again, neither are the SD!)

I will admit, they do seem to spook easily.

Speaking of spook, I wish everyone here could have seen my oldest dog Yoda "spook" when the two Oscars I used to have would tango and splash about. If I owned a video camera back then it would be priceless to watch now!
 
I had three I kept with some sevrums in my 125. I didn't have any problems except the females got tired of the male always chasing them! They started beating on him and took off part of his tail. It grew back and his attitude did not change. Ah, Love... :)
