Silver tip / Black Tip sharks

"Aquarium salt" is not the same thing as creating brackish conditions. Long term, it will not help the fish in the slightest.

Yes, aquarium salt is best left as a medication (great for fighting ich). You will need to buy a marine mix for salt and brackish water. Also you will need a lot more than a dash or pinch, more like cup fulls. You are best off either giving it up and sticking to the other fish or getting a separate aquarium. I would then replace them with a couple of extra danios as Danios do best in schools.

There are some aggressive fish in your list but if you provide lots of hiding spots and line of sight blocks things will probably be fine. Rocks, plants (live or fake) will make great places for timid fish to hide and for aggressive fish to claim as a territory. If you find that certain fish have claimed too big of a territory a good trick is to move all decorations around and all the fish have to start claiming new spots.

The other fish will not survive being converted to brackish conditions. You're going to need to get a new tank for one or the other--and I'd encourage you to look into fishless cycling, so you don't needless lose more fish.

While not really aggressive per se, the gouramis and paradise fish can be very territorial and can chase after and attack other fish, IME. And generally community fish like swords, platies, and barbs do best in groups. Sometimes in small numbers their aggression can be shown to other fish. This shouldn't be too big of a problem with you though.
