Simple Sump on a budget

Just not sure... I'm trying to have a wet/dry (with bioballs) and Live Rock rubble. Then a refugium. I'm not sure where and how the protein skimmer will fit.

Any thing else in that store stick out?

Alright... completed the first step. The longest tank I can get past the doors would be 30.5". Not a mathmatecian, so I'm not sure how long of a tank I could fit in there if I were to put one end of the sump in and then the rest of the sump could go in. I'm guessing I could do about 33"?

Sorry if that's really confusing. Kinda under the weather now... and really should be going to bed. LOL.

Measure the inside dimentions of the stand and then you will have a good idea of what tank you can fit in there...Taking into account, the whole ( aperature )needed to physically get the tank in there...

Crap. Sorry about posting almost the same idea in different threads. I apologize.

On the subject of getting the sump to fit... there is certainly enough room inside the stand. 36" in length would leave me some room to store other stuff, etc. However, the opening is only about 30.5". I would love to get something 36"L, but fear that I get the kit & tank and it doesn't even fit... LOL.

its always gonna be an issue...i was lucky with my sump as i built my own stand so i could make sure i can accomodate the sump i wanted....
