Which one is beter? I am making a 1500 gallon koi pond for my yard and would prefer the skimmerfall because I'm going to have about a 15-20 foot "Babbling Brook" going down to it. Also Liner or concrete?

I really don't know which is better since I only have experience on my one pond (bottom drain, concrete liner, fountain feed). If you go with a concrete liner make sure you use a paint coating to keep the lime in the cement mix from making the water pH toxic.

I would do both. If nothing else, at least set the bottom drain and plumbing now. Everyone told us we would regret not putting in a bottom drain. The retro fit drains are not as *pretty*
