skimmers and powerheads question

Hi all,

Im starting a marine tank which is a 190litre tank.
Can anyone point me in the right direction (cost and type) for what sort of powerheads and skimmer I would need please?

The maxi-jets are pretty hardy and can take abuse, not like the aquaclears.

As for the skimmer: I prefer the downdrafts with the beckett injecter mod.
