Elite 799 - Came with my 10g kit. Looks like it rated for a 5g though
By no means are these high-end air pumps, but if noise level isn't an issue for you, or if you just want something to hatch brine shrimp or whatever..
Unsure of exact weight, but Priority should be $5 and First Class should be around $3 for one.
