Is there any such a thing as Dwarf Angel fish? or Dwarf discuss fish? I love Angel fish, but they seem to become pretty big.

Thanks

JPap is correct.. the smallest of the angels is the
P. Leopoldi thier body size is not much smaller than the P.Scalare but their finnage is considerably smaller than most Scalare. Leopoldi's can typically hitting the 4-6" mark
keep in mind there is a P.Sclare that is commonly called Peru Altum..these reportedly can become taller than our domestic varieties.

the largest is the P. Altum which if set in the proper tank can hit 12" dorsal to anal fin ht...reports are it can even exceed this
but even so the leopoldi should still have a tank of 20 G or more

As far as discus are concerned, there is no 'dwarf' species.
Having said that however, there are ways to limit their growth without sacrificing their eventual health and quality.
If anyone is interested in keeping/raising smaller discus, there are safe ways and means of doing so, and I'd be glad to provide some advice.
Yes, discus lovers, it's a fact, that would mean deliberately 'stunting' them to a certain extent, but without compromising their health and overall beauty in the eye of the beholder. And I say this at the risk of being 'bashed' for even suggesting it.

Don't confuse the term stunt with runt big difference. Purposely stunting a discus is wrong, and not healthy by any means, growing out a runt is a different matter.

I've successfully raised and bred fish for over 50 years and know the difference between a stunt and a runt.

Thousands of discus-keepers over the years have stunted their discus ( or countless numbers of many other fish for that matter) without even knowing they were doing it, and a vast majority of these fish have turned out healthy and long-lived, with no ill effects. As to whether it's wrong and unhealthy, that's strictly a matter of opinion. I have never treated discus in an unhealthy way.

Some of the discus in my tank below have turned out somewhat 'stunted', by virtue of being purposely kept in a planted show tank, with less than daily wc's, but with otherwise ideal treatment, and have turned out to be very healthy, and of a satisfactory size and shape, in my view - they are happy fish, without a doubt in my mind.
