small tank, aftermarket lighting

I have an all-glass 20 gallon tank. It is the high version not the long. It is 2 feet long. I was thinking of placing some high powered lights on my tank because all it has now is the lowsy 15 Watt bulb. Has anybody done this to a similar sized tank? or does anybody have any Ideas what I could do? I can spend up to 350 dollars. Any help appreciated.

I use a 130 watt PC setup from Corallife for my 20 high (24LX12WX16H). I get really good growth of soft corals and hardy stonies like montipora.

I got the light from Marine and Reef for about $120.
