I have two turbo snails do i need to add snail shells to the tank for when they grow out of there shells or do the shells grow with them?

Snails grow their own shell, and are actually firmly attached to it--removal from the shell is never voluntary and always lethal.

Just Makin Sure Cause I Had A (land Hermit) Crab And I Had To Offer Him Different Shells For When He Grew Out Of The One He Was In.

Hermit crabs live in snail shells(among other things) and need new shells as they grow. Like Oriongirl says, snails grow their own shells.
