Snail eggs?

Are those spots on the glass snail eggs?

Not in my opinion that looks like the beginnings of some algae as well as maybe a few hydra.

No, I think that's the beginning of algae like petluvr said. Snail eggs for those type of snails come in a jelly-like cluster with little white dots in it. Here's a picture of some I had just recently.
