Snail Problem

I am currently treating my tank for Ick. I am doing a salt-temp treatment. For some reason my mystery snail is laying upside down. I know he is alive bc i have flipped him over several times, but he keeps flipping onto his back? What would cause this behavior? I have searched the forums and cant find anything about it. Please Help! :help:

Snails can't tolerate fish meds, so any time you are treating your fish for disease, you should take the snail out and place it in a container of its own until the treatment duration is finished. Some snails can be acclimated to salt in the water, but it has to be done a little at a time. Your treatment for ick is likely too much for it at once. Just take it out and place it in a container with some fresh water and it should start coming out again.
