Wow, I guess that's a good price then! They were originally $1.50 but if you bought 5 or more, it knocked down the price.

Really, I work at a LFS, and you don't want to know. The mark up is extremely high, especially on live goods.
Really, I can imagine. It's great that you work at your lfs. It means the stores fish are actually being taken care of. Mine is horrible.
When i worked at my lfs, we would buy a fish for 30cents and then turn around and sell it for $4 something...it was crazy
nooooo I can just imagine how much extra I had to pay for Simon then (hedgehog). I bet they really put it up for him. Good luck his cute little face is totally worth it
