Snails in shrimp nusery?

Will mystery snails eat baby shrimps?

They eat everything else... lol

I don't think they are fast enough to catch them. I have a blue mystery snail in with my cherry shrimp and she doesn't bother them at all.

I was wondering about that. My shrimp are fast, but when the snail wants something it can move surprisingly fast too, lol. Thanks.

Do you know if cherry shrimp and ghost shrimp would get along?

I have assassins in with my RCS and they don't bother the shrimp either.

I would worry about ghosts and RCS babies, myself, but that could just be paranoia

Ghost shrimp are scavengers and can sometimes predate upon smaller dwarf shrimp. Snails will not harm your shrimp.

Yeah, I'd noticed that instead of hiding from the bettas when being chased the ghost shrimp 'fight' back (and on occasion get eaten...)

Once one of the ghosties was swimming around the top to get flakes and landed on a betta's face, LOL! She just kinda shook her head while it prodded her face, and swam on with a slightly puzzled expression, lol.
