So, do you know where you are moving to yet? Maybe there's someone there that could take in your corals/critters and hold them for you until you get the tank back up and running.

No and thats another problem...all we know is congress mandated the consolidation so its happening.. when where is up in the air.

My only out is not going but changing jobs and being absorbed into some other position equal to my GS level or compete for another title 38 job of higher scale.

I can stay just I may end up in a job i dont like ...or environment I dont like.
But same goes for the move...basically this office family is being split apart...so either way it sucks.

Well its not a RIF (reduction in force) but a mandated consolidation by congress.

I can keep working here or move with the job and they pay for relocation and give you time off to make the move and get settled.
