Soaking my veggies in garlic

Also i have heard of people using actinic blue lights to view nocturnal fish. As the fish supposedly don't mind it. I think its the same blue light as marine aquariums use. Google "Interpet Blue Moon Actinic".

I have a blue lunar light.

There's always lots of evidence they've been out at night.

Are the blue lights any good, because i might invest in one if its recommended.

It works fine. I have one Marineland submersible LED light. I need two more to attach to the hub to shine in different places, but I keep forgetting to order more. I think it works fine. With the 55 long, I need more. It will light up about 1/3 of the tank.

My LFS always has the red and the green, but the blue sell out right away.

Well i hope my advice helps you and your plec. My clown plec is my girlfriends favourite but luckily isn't shy at all. Maybe just got lucky. Lol I'll check this thread in a coupla days so Good Luck.

Thanks so much!

I forgot to look to see if they ate it this morning. I'm already at work. I need a fishcam. :)

Clown Plecos seem to be a lot more shy/skittish than Bristlenoses. My BNs are constantly out and even eat flake right off the sand during all times of the day.
