Alittle soamp on your hand. Yea just do a few water changes over the next couple of weeks and watch your fish. With a 45 gal. I doubt this is going to hurt much. You should be safe but no garonties. I have a tendancy to double does myself becouse the lower does is for 10gal. Let this be a leason learned.

i would do some big water changes, continue with the cycle to ensure that your bacteria have survived (a week or so) and continue doing 30-40% changes during this time. if at the end of the week your cycle is good, then you should be fine. that is me being extra cautious.

oh, and i just hate laundry soap! if it gets on you it's all slimy and never wants to come off. . . but i think i just use oxyclean now, much better.
