I would say search, but I tried it myself and there is only one thread about ich, and that woudl be this one

how is this possible, we've been talking about ich for like two weeks a new topic per day

anyways

get some "rid ich"
do a 25% water change, put rid ich in new water
day 2. repeat step one
day 3. repeaet step one
day 4. repeat step one
day 5. repeat step one

there are also ghetto ways, like turning the temp up to 80+ SLOWLY or else salt water dipping the fish

good luck, I just had ich last week, I did the rid ich way and it's gone
