Well I was looking around on ebay and came across this -
http://cgi.ebay.com/Milwaukee-SMS12...tem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item413af4929f

Seems like a decent deal for what seems to be everything I'll need to run pressurized CO2 other than the bottle and one other thing that is optional but I would add a CO2 reactor. Plus with most of the OBO things on ebay you can get them for cheaper.

Has anyone used this equipment before?

Would I need anything else?

I currently do DIY CO2 on all my tanks, and well it's not the funnest thing, plus I can get CO2 fills for free or next to nothing.

I never was too crazy about it either, but it seems like it might help make things easier and it does come with it. If anything I could try it out, or sell it.

water-testers.com might have a better price....their website can be flaky at times so i couldnt look up the price of the controller but i know the regulator ships free at 90.

after you add the ebay's products shipping price it isn't much of a deal.

i bought the same setup from the same guy. milwaukee is an ok setup at best. you get what you pay for. the needle valve is sub par. if you buy i would definately replace it. i personally love the ph controller. you still have to monitor your tank when you first set it up but once you have it pretty much dialed in its pretty much a set it and forget it deal. its a luxury not a necessity. you still have to clean and recalibrate the ph probe. and you also need to keep an eye on the solenoid to ensure that it doesnt get stuck open.

im going to buy another reg soon and wish that i had just done it better the first time
