Some help with a disease

I have a couple of red oscars that I noticed their fins are starting to get torn around the edges and they have a whiteness ring around the ends of them also. Their eyes also have a white mucus like cover to them also. I thought it might have been ick at first but now that their eyes are like this i dont know what it is. Please help. Any info would be grateful.

What size tank,water test results,what are you feeding them,any other tankmates?Also are you able to post a picture?

Have you tested your water recently?
Start with a 50% water change, then treat with Melafix. Clean water is the best treatment for fin rot and/or slime disease. Do weekly 50% water changes if you aren't already.

This was happening to my fish, I tested the water and ammonia was high, I didn't test for anything else as this was enough for me to go change the water. After the water change it clearred up quickly. Hope that helps.
