Some kind of tank cleaner for my Betta?

I just wanted to add that as far as I know, the smallest Minibow tank is 2.5 gallons. Good enough room for a single betta, IMO but that's it.

I still wouldn't go lower than 5 gallons. IMO.

i have a betta in a 2.5 gallon heavily planted tank. he's happier than a pig in mud in there.

small tanks are much better when planted, as the plants help to keep the water quality stable/good between water changes.

i would advise going no smaller than a 2.5.

feed less, and use a piece of airline tubing to suck out any uneaten food a couple hours after feeding.

Another option is a food baster. Very convenient for spot cleaning. Ross had it for like, two bucks.
