The rainbows are herbertaxelrodis. They should do ok in a 25 gallon tank. They are one of the smaller rainbows.

Actually, they can reach up to 5 inches in length, so they are one of the larger rainbow species. They grow slowly and yours still look like they're less than a year old, so they'll definitely get bigger. It is recommended that they have a tank of at least 50 gallons that is at least 4 ft long and be in a school of at least 5 fish.
BTW, great pics, you have some really nice fish and are obviously a skilled photographer.
