Im going to NYC the 6th and i know there has to be some bomb SW stores there..

if anyone from the area knows any let me know, generally in manhatten if there is!

if you got the time and a ride- absouletly fish in clifton nj on rt46. has a real nice sw selection- imo its a bit pricey though

Not really much of a saltwater guy myself, but Manhattan Aquariums (37th st and.. something) has to be the clear frontrunner. New World (32nd st and 2nd/3rd ave) is also worth a visit.

I thought there was only one fish place New World Aquarium (646)865-9604 204 E. 38th ST. (Between 2nd and 3rd)
SW not much going on in NYC.
Fishtown USA might pay to visit call them and see what they have, great FW store out in Astoria Queens.

New world has an ok selection of saltwater fish, but most other places are a little dry. Pacific Aquarium on delancy has some salt stuff, and there are a couple of places in brooklyn with limited selection. I've heard a mix of the good and bad about the place on the west side in the upper 30's... but it's probably worth checking out. There's a place in queens that is supposed to be cool too, but I've never been there.
