Hi. I'm new on the forum so I thought I'd post a few pictures of my tank and Discus. I started keeping Discus in '93 and became completely hooked on them. Here they are: (all of my Discus have names :) ) Some of you may recognize these guys, LOL!

These are of Bruiser. In relation to the others, he IS a Bruiser. Others in the pics with him are 6 inch TL and bigger Discus. I did measure Bruiser about 6 weeks ago -- 7.25 inches TL. Big Red, who you will see in other pics, is about 6.75 TL but he's fatter than Bruiser.

stunning....simple and effective placement of the driftwood, a very nice tank! I would love to keep discus one day.

These shots are of my tank with my 2 new ones from Tony at Sunrise Tropicals in the tank (Big Red and Pearl).

In the first picture is Big Red, who is a full red Marlboro Red. Big Red came from Tony's home show tank and he's about 3 years old now. The third picture shows Big Red and below him is C2, a Palomino, and top row, center is Checkers, a Checkerboard Turq and Bruiser's mate (maybe, LOL). Behind her is Bruiser. You can just get a glimpse of him behind Candy, upper left (my ugly Blue Pigeon Blood Stendker) and Checkers. Nobody beats Big Red for fatness, though. The smaller RM in the center of them all is Double Stuff, a Super Red Melon, and bottom left is Big Blue. I was told he's a Blue Turq. Pearl, my White Butterfly, is all the way at the opposite end, left side of the tank. She has been cleaning that filter tube for over a week now along with Spot, my Eruption Leopard, who was camera shy. One day there will be eggs, but they are sure taking their sweet time!

Last pic is a shot of Spot and C2.
