some pics with a Finepix S700 full Auto settings

Thanks, we are still working on trying to get pictures of the Goldfish, they move TOO MUCH!!! LOL

the sunfish are easy. LOL

Nice shots! The first thing I would recommend is to take the camera off of the auto setting and use the manual settings. It may take longer to set up but is definitely worth the extra effort. Besides that you'll get more familiar with the camera as well! ;)

Oh yeah!....... I was also going to say, try to aim your camera a little more downward to eliminate the flash from showing up in your pictures. Your obviously using a tripod so just put your camera up a little higher and aim down slightly.

Have fun!

actually no tripod, just resting my arms on the stand. thanks for the tips too!

Great photos. I am trying to figure out what camera I want to invest in too. I borrowed my boss' cam last night(I'll be posting some shots a lil later) but I didn't care for it. I had very few manual settings and the timing was soooooo slow!!! The pics are not that great, but i have em in my photo program, tryin to enhance them the best i can(they are still crappy). her cam is a v5335, not recommended except maybe for scenery of still shooting.

If you want the blues to show up bettwer, you could try going without the flash. Raise the ISO and lower the "F" value of the aperture if you can. This will let more light in and help you get the blues back

wow, thank you!

thanks everyone... keep em coming
