I was on aquatic predators and some guys caught some reddevils in florida.I managed to get some pics of the fish they caught.I dident kno there were wild reddevils in florida check this out

yes actually florida lakes have alot of the popular cichlids such as oscars, managuenses, peacock "bass", and so on... its actually pretty cool. in fact some have even made an industry of fishing for oscars!!!
Yea my boss has a poster in his office of "Florida's Freshwater Fish" both peacock bass and oscar are on there. The oscar is a tiger oscar. The same poster is up at my barber shop.
Florida has just about everything loose in its waters, from assorted cichlids to bichirs, clown knives, etc. If this sort of theing interests you, check out the USGS collection data (include other vertebate and invertebrate species):
