The best place to get them is the classifieds at www.caudata.org

I got mine from someone that could no longer keep them, they had 10-12 packed into a little ten gallon tank.

how big will they get?

Mine are currently 7-8 inches long. They can get up to 14 inches, but the size they are now are considered full grown.
