I have something yellow /brownish and hard growin on my aquarium light bulb. does anyone know what it is?

When bubles in your aquarium burst, they can leave mineral deposits and thats what it may be and try using a razer blade to remove it.

Sounds very similar to the question I posed about mineral deposits on my glass covers. I was told vinegar is also good for loosening or disolving those deposits. Should make the scraping easier.
