Also, I'd do a full battery of water tests to try to find out why your fish are developing cloudy eyes.

If the strange behavior came first maybe the eye cloudiness is injury, but reading has led me to suspect it could also be ich (though I see no other sign of that) or an infection. I will do water tests this evening, however.
