Something wrong with my fish

The Blue Streak AKA Cleaner Wrasse gets all of it's nutritional needs from the parasites and ich it cleans off of other fish. That's why they usually starve to death even though they eat fish food. Thats why my friends and I share two cleaner wrasses. They are a mated pair. We have shared them for about two years now. Shared means we rotate them to different tanks so they always have something to clean.
 
I just saw my cleaner out today eating again =D And she looked back to normal with with her colors bright again and she looks well fed. So I don't know why she keeps going back into hiding though. The whole time I've had her, she's was the one who was always out and swimming everywhere. So I don't understand why she's being reclusive now.
 
I have a cleaner wrasse and when I got it I read that the strave and read some where that they will eat beef hearts so I went the the butcher and ask for a beef heart and it was big(didn't have any idea they where that big) so I blended it really good kind of like mush and feed him that and he loves it and also so don' t my tang and now he eats every thing but still loves beef heart so blended the hole thing and froze it and cut some off when I feed if it freezer burn then I will throw it out it only cost 3$
