Somethings wrong with gourami

I have a female dwarf gourami that appears to have a bump (bloating?) on just the left side behind the gill (it looks like the area might be slightly red compared to her othere side... Does anyone have any ideas. I just bought her a couple days ago, but she has remained hidden for the most part. Hanging out around the heater towards the top of the tank and I have yet to see her eat.

could she be about to give birth maybe? just guessing...doesnt sound like an illness ive heard of though. As far as her not eating.....that could easily be her just getting acclimated which could take time.

gourami's don't have live birth, they're bubble nest builders.

As far as what's wrong with your gourami, I'm not too sure, dropsy maybe?
