SonicScrubber--submersible?

Hi,

Anyone out there using the yellow SonicScrubber. I saw it on DrFosterSmith...it looked pretty cool. But on the more information, it said "do not leave the produce submersed for extended periods". Anyone actually using it and can tell me what "extended periods" means. Is that seconds, minutes or days?
